your furniture. Except for small items, space constraints prohibit
pick-up from our showroom.

we will contact you from our woodshop to arrange a delivery appointment.
For deliveries in Western Washington beyond the immediate Seattle/Bellevue
area, we are pleased to offer delivery for a nominal charge.
The delivery location and the number of people required will
determine the cost of the delivery. Please ask your sales associate
for a quote.
Washington State sales tax is not due if furniture is shipped out of state.

Please note that long-haul delivery to your
home can actually take an additional month from the date when
your furniture is completed. Every effort will be made to deliver

For shipments that require boxing/crating, we work with a company called
Navis Pack & Ship. They box/crate the furniture and arrange shipping
by a common carrier. Once you have determined the pieces you wish
to order, we will obtain a quote for the boxing/crating, shipping and
delivery to your home.

The boxing/crating process takes from 1 to 3 weeks depending upon the time of year. Depending on the ultimate destination, shipping can take an additional 1 to 3 weeks. When the shipment reaches your area, you will
be contacted directly by the shipping company to make specific
delivery arrangements. When the furniture is delivered, be
sure to carefully inspect all of the boxes/crates. If you suspect any damage,
note this on the bill of lading and, if possible, have the furniture
unboxed/uncrated before the driver leaves.
As your order approaches completion, we will contact you to arrange delivery or woodshop pick-up or shipping arrangements. If you are unable to take possession of the furniture by the end of the month of your estimated due date, the remaining balance will need to be collected before the end of that month. We will be glad to store the item(s) for two months (60 days) at no charge as long as the balance is paid in full. If your furniture needs to be stored for more than two months (60 days), additional charges will apply.
Full payment of your balance must be made a minimum of two weeks (14 days) in advance of the furniture
leaving our woodshop or by the estimated due date, whichever comes first. If your order includes work performed by Navis Pack & Ship or Top Line Delivery, those fees are inclusive and will be collected by McKinnon Furniture for these vendors.
While damage is rare when shipping boxed/crated or blanket wrapped
furniture, it can happen. While we are happy to work with you
in resolving the claim and arranging repairs or replacement pieces,
it is the responsibility of the customer to initiate the freight
claim and document all damage while the driver is present.
